Isn't it time we updated our textbooks, etc. with all the new discoveries made since Darwin's theory of evolution so we're no longer stuck in the 1800s?
Evolutionists always fall back on the rocks being millions of years old and they cram everything else into that beginning point to fit in.
Who cares how old the rocks are? Genesis states YHUH began our planet's creation process by separating shamayim (pw heaven) from earth (our planet). He had to have had the building blocks already there to be able to separate them, so by then already the "earth" could have been millions of years old. It does not state when YHUH decided to start our creation upon our planet - millions of years could have already passed without us.
Creationists know only about creation's timeframe of 6,000 years from following genealogies and lifetimes of documented generations of people as stated in scripture. The oldest tree existing today, Methuselah, is said to be 4853 years old. Mm, funny, this is in the region of time when the worldwide flood with Noah building his ark happened. Life got back on track after the flood and therefore there are no older trees growing today.
