** Please note, as usual, I do not refer to Him as Jesus, nor do I feel comfortable with him being on a cross as much as on a stake to be executed, but the general gist is in this article.
Here's another interesting article to ponder:

Yahushua was declaring He was Bar Mitvah'd and was ready to take His place in upholding and teaching the Scriptures rightly, the way His Father YHUH was instructing Him through the Ruach HaKodesh. Thius when it says He turned 12 in Spring of Passover.

Sure, everyone says, it's fine on the 25th as long as we think of Yahushua, but is that even acceptable? Yahushua never commanded us to remember His birth as a helpless infant but rather to remember him at Passover season when He laid down his life for us and was resurrected triumphant and powerful, defeating death! "This is my blood which I shed for you"... I believe He was born at Passover when the Spring lambs were being born and will write further on this shortly. For now, however, think on this:
Luk 2:41 Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the Passover.
Luk 2:42 And when he was G1096 twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.
G1096
γίνομαι
ginomai
ghin'-om-ahee
A prolonged and middle form of a primary verb; to cause to be (“gen” -erate), that is, (reflexively) to become (come into being), used with great latitude (literally, figuratively, intensively, etc.): - arise be assembled, be (come, -fall, -have self), be brought (to pass), (be) come (to pass)
Luk 2:43 And when they had fulfilled the days, as they returned, the child Yahushua tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother knew not of it.
Luk 2:44 But they, supposing him to have been in the company, went a day's journey; and they sought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance.
Luk 2:45 And when they found him not, they turned back again to Jerusalem, seeking him.
Luk 2:46 And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions.
Luk 2:47 And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding and answers.
Luk 2:48 And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing.
Luk 2:49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? Wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?
