Where Did The Noah Flood Come From And Where Did It Go?

I came across a fascinating article recently which I feel must be shared - remember Noah's Flood? For a refresher please refer here:

Now the article - a new exciting discovery which supports the Bible (once again):

http://article.wn.com/view/2014/03/13/Rare_Diamond_Reveals_Earths_Interior_is_All_Wet/

I was impressed, hope you are too :-)

Now remember, two factors caused Noah's Flood as it states in Genesis 7:11 The Holy Scriptures, Jewish Publication Society "In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of Shamayim (pw Heaven) were opened."

I came across another interesting article which mentioned the possibility that the rain which came down in Noah's Flood came down from Shamayim (pw Heaven), as it says in Ezekiel 1:22 The Holy Scriptures, Jewish Publication Society "And over the heads of the living creatures there was the likeness of a firmament, like the colour of the terrible ice..." This is explained as being the frozen waters which were made as a firmament in Heaven by YHUH as it says in Genesis 1:1-8 "In the beginning YHUH created the heaven and the earth. Now the earth was unformed and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the spirit of YHUH hovered over the face of the waters. And YHUH said "Let there be light". And there was light. And YHUH saw the light, that it was good; and YHUH divided the light from the darkness. And YHUH called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day. And YHUH said "Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And YHUH made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so. And YHUH called the firmament Shamayim (pw Heaven). And there was evening and there was morning, a second day."

Very interesting! So the article says that possibly, in the beginning YHUH stored the excess waters covering the earth as ice in Heaven. For Noah's Flood YHUH then allowed these waters to rain down to cover the earth once more and thereafter, possibly, YHUH stored them again to make the waters recede (as the continents thereafter drifted apart the water was possibly gulped down into the earth's mantle and further). YHUH promised never to do this again and the rainbow became a sign to us from then on. As there had not been a record of rainbows until this point this indicates some sort of change in the water balance in our atmosphere. I'm just mentioning different ideas, only YHUH knows everything :-)

The Camel Debate on Yahoo!

People today cannot help but see the latest Yahoo! articles posted weekly online. Yahoo! posted an article about camels not having been around in the days of the Bible Patriarchs, implying that this proves there are errors in the Bible. Refer to the article below:

I beg to differ and have another link below which states the case:

My view is that Abraham came into contact with the Egyptian Pharaoh and his palace - the Egyptians were renowned for animal "import" for the Pharaoh's entertainment and to show off his riches and power. Camels would very likely have been around and could have been given to Abraham as it states in:

Genesis 12:15 The princes also of Pharaoh saw her, and commended her before Pharaoh: and the woman was taken into Pharaoh's house.  16 And he entreated Abram well for her sake: and he had sheep, and oxen, and he asses, and menservants, and maidservants, and she asses, and camels.

Thereafter Abraham would have taken the camels with on his travels and handed them on to the subsequent generations when they bred. Mystery solved as far as I'm concerned.
